Do what is right, not what is easy

Doing the right thing is often hard but doing easy comes naturally. The path of least resistance is what most people choose to do. It is simply convenient. However, shortcuts for short term goals is a big no-no for us. We are always thinking about strategies and initiatives for value creation in the long term, no matter how insurmountable they may seem. Because doing something right takes a lot of courage and conviction & that is what we look for in every person that joins our team.

Strong opinions, but loosely held

It is imperative to have strong opinions, but also not to get attached to them. At Planet Superheroes, we encourage a spirit of debate where everyone, irrespective of their title or seniority, has a say. We encourage our team to have opinions and voice them confidently. But we also underscore the importance of consensus building while striving towards our collective goals. We encourage everyone to be comfortable in agreeing to disagree, albeit with a smile and a spirit of camaraderie.

Bring out the superhero in you

We believe in encouraging everyone to operate at their best potential. From the warehouse team to designers, from the accounts team to the staff at stores, everyone is asked to bring out the Superhero within, both professionally and personally. If you’re a part of Planet Superheroes, you are encouraged to give your best not just during work hours but also outside of work. You will be pushed to pursue your hobbies and passions. We have some excellent home chefs, guitarists, cricketers, doodlers, writers, poker players and what nots - every interest is welcome & appreciated.
