Ans: 1. All Products can be exchanged for size or quality issues as long as all the product tags are intact and the product is in the same condition as received. 2. Mobile Cases, Pop Sockets, Wireless Chargers, Power Banks, Headphones, VR Glasses are not eligible for returns 3. Request for Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of receiving the products. Exchange requests after 15 days won't be accepted.
Ans: 1. There will be no deductions if we have shipped a wrong or faulty product. We will have it replaced with the right product without any cost. 2. For all the other cases, you are free to exchange the product after paying reverse shipping charges (Depends upon your pincode). 3. Credits of the net amount of the product will be sent to user which can be redeemed on a fresh order. (Shipping charges & Taxes would not be refunded)

Ans: 1. "Quality" is sometimes subjective and hence needs to be assessed on a case by case basis by our quality control team. 2. If our Quality Control team accepts the claim that the product is damaged / faulty / poor quality, you can get it exchanged free of cost 3. If our Quality Control team rejects the claim, then there will be no refund. You are however free to exchange the product after aforementioned charges.
