Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Resolving Customer Queries raised via our Customer Care Portal, Telephone and Social Media
  • Order Verification & Confirmation for COD deliveries
  • Managing of the Returns and Refunds Process
  • Calling & Converting leads & customers who have abandoned carts to place an order
  • Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, products and customer experience
  • Managing other Customer Care Executives and Process Flow

 

Must have Skills:

  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Extreme dedication, sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Affable personality, patience and proclivity in solving problems
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, customer care, retail, BPO or KPO is preferred

 

Compensation:

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Debtor management and coordination with Category Managers for invoicing
    • Handling various reconciliations
    • Compliance of all Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act and Finance Act
    • VAT, TDS and Service Tax recording
    • Preparation of various financial statements and any other reports, as desired
    • Create and update master schedules for licensing renewals, maintenance, deadlines, filings, audits
    • Participating in internal and external audits related to liaising/ compliance
    • Coordinate/follow up with the client for the timely release of the bills

     

    Must have Skills:

    • At least Post Graduate in Commerce or CA- IPCC/ CA-PCC/ CA-Inter clear
    • Adept in MS-Excel
    • Good in Tally.ERP 9
    • Process oriented and quick learner
    • Proficiency in Verbal and Written English, clear & crisp communication
    • Able to navigate in fast paced environment with innovative solutions

    • Responsible for managing Sales & Business Development of the assigned category
    • Manage the cataloguing, sales strategy and relationships with category managers at online marketplaces
    • Increase retail and offline touchpoints to improve growth of your Category
    • Enter into strategic alliances relevant to your category to create win-win partnerships
    • Weekly MIS to track the sales, receivables and accounts for accounts handled

     

    Must have Skills:

    • Excellent MS Excel skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Ability to aggressively follow up and get the job done
    • Creativity to increase sales across online and offline distributions channels
    • Very sincere and hardworking – willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
    • Process oriented and quick learner
